A method for smoothing the sealed end of a tube and a heat conductive pipe manufactured by the method. First, the sealed end of a metal tube for manufacturing a heat conductive pipe is fixed into a female mold; next, a male mold is inserted into the tube; the sealed end of the tube is stamped by the male mold with respect to the female mold, and then an flat end is formed at the sealed end, wherein a porous capillary diversion layer covers the inner walls of the tube and its sealed end, and there is operating fluid in the vacuum room of the tube. Thus, after completing the heat conductive pipe, an electronic device can be smoothly jointed on the flat end at the sealed end of the heat conductive pipe. Thereby, it can obtain good heat dispersing effect. |
