ALLOYED HOT-DIP GALVANIZED STEEL SHEET AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME

Disclosed is an alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel sheet which has a chemical composition consisting of 0.05-0.25 wt% of C, not more than 0.5 wt% of Si, 1-3 wt% of Mn, not more than 0.1 wt% of P, not more than 0.01 wt% of S, 0.1-2 wt% of Al, less than 0.005 wt% of N, and the balance of Fe and unavoidable impurities, while satisfying Si + Al = 0.6 wt%, (0.0006 × Al) wt% = N = (0.0058 - 0.0026 × Al) wt%, and Al = (1.25 × C^0.5 - 0.57 × Si + 0.625 × Mn) wt%. Since this alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel sheet can be produced without requiring a complicated process and has excellent surface properties, excellent brittle resistance to secondary processing and high strength, it is suitably used for automobiles.
