A heat shrinkable laminated film, which exhibits excellent film rigidity, shrunk finish, transparency when recycled with addition, and a small natural shrinkage, with suppressed film interlayer peeling and shrinking stress, and is applicable to shrinkable packing, shrinkable bond-packing, shrinkable label and the like is provided. A container whereupon a shrinkable label composed of the film is attached is also provided. The laminated film is composed of a surface layer (S layer) composed of a mixed resin composition composed of a polyester resin composition containing a polycarboxylic residue and a polyalcohol residue; a middle layer (M layer) composed of a styrene resin composition; and an adhesive layer (AD layer), which contains a copolymer of styrene hydrocarbon and conjugated dien hydrocarbon or its hydrogen added derivative, and has a styrene hydrocarbon content rate to the entire copolymer or the hydrogen added derivative is 5-40% by mass. An elongation modulus of the film in a direction that orthogonally intersects with a main shrinking direction of the film is 1200MPa or more, and a shrinking stress in the main shrinking direction of the film is 8MPa or less or a rupture elongation at 23°C is 40% or more. |
