PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an opposite party to confirm credit information of a user while making secret personal information of the user. SOLUTION: An encryption apparatus 1 receives credit information of a user from a credit information management device 3, encrypts the credit information, and transmits encrypted personal information of the user to a terminal device 2 while including the encrypted credit information therein. When the inquiry request of credit information included in the encrypted personal information is received from terminal devices 4, 5 together with the encrypted personal information, validity of the encrypted personal information is confirmed. When the validity of the encrypted personal information can be confirmed, the credit information included in the encrypted personal information is transmitted to the terminal devices 4, 5.
