<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a worker aware of the overheating of a motor, and to make the worker continue to operate the motor in order to expedite the finish of work. <P>SOLUTION: The motor comprises: an electric motor which is a main body of the motor; a boost switch which feeds power to the electric motor by receiving operation; and a contactor for closing a circuit which feeds power to the electric motor by receiving operation for the boost switch. The motor further comprises: a temperature sensor which detects a temperature in the electric motor; and a delay means which is arranged between the boost switch and the contactor, and operates the contactor after waiting for a prescribed delay time by receiving operation for the boost switch when a temperature indicated by the temperature sensor exceeds a prescribed threshold. By this, the worker can be made to be surely aware of the overheating of the electric motor by making the reaction of the operation start of the motor for the operation of the boost switch pretend to be worsened by operating the delay means when the electric motor is overheated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
