<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing curved surgical needles which can no longer require part of the production procedures in a vertical flat-wire fixation process, a cutting process, a flat press process, a curving process, and a side press process. <P>SOLUTION: This method includes the step of drilling more than one bore 16 along one side edge of a sheet material, the step of grinding the opposite side edge to form sharp points 18, the step of curving the sheet material, and the step of cutting the sheet material between each drilled bore. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
