<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin RFID tag which can be directly attached to a metal face. <P>SOLUTION: A substrate 11 and a magnetic substance core 12 are set in a case half 10A created by primary molding, and another case half 10B is created by secondary molding. A coil pattern is formed on a face in contact with the inside of the case half 10A of the substrate 11. On another face, a circuit pattern 14 containing an electronic circuit 15 is formed at the outside of a circumference edge of the coil pattern. An area corresponding to a range to form the circuit pattern 14 of the substrate 11 are all covered with the magnetic substance core 12, while the circuit pattern 14 is exposed outside the range covered by the core 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
