<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crosslinked resin film having an optical transparency, heat resistance, liquid crystal resistance, dimensional stability and adhesion which can be used as a substitute of a substrate glass in a liquid crystal display device and EL display device or a polarization film, surface protective film, retardation film, transparent conductive film, light diffusion film, film for EL display device, antireflection film or the like in these devices. <P>SOLUTION: The film is obtained by molding a composition which contains a cyclic olefin addition type copolymer having a specific reactive silyl group, and if necessary, the organosilanes and metal oxides or the like, and then crosslinking the film with siloxane bond. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
