<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically set inspection reference data suitable for the shape of an actual fillet. <P>SOLUTION: The fillet shape which occurs in a part of parts kind is classified into a plurality of types at every parts kind and an inspection reference database, which registers the inspection reference data such as threshold lead out rule or the like, is formed at every type. The height range of cream solder before the formation of the fillet is allowed to correspond to each of the fillet types of the data base. During teaching, a land window is set at every land corresponding to teaching target parts and the height of the cream solder applied to the land is calculated using CAD data or parts shape data. Further, the inspection reference data of the fillet type corresponding to the calculated height of the cream solder is read from the inspection reference database and associated with the set data of the land window to be registered in the memory of an inspection device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
