<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more quickly start regardless of a starting method. <P>SOLUTION: When a host CPU 11 starts an operating system by warm booting, a CPU 12 for real-time processing performs a process for a functionally-limited user interface until the start of the operating system by the host CPU 11 is complete since the start of its own operating system has been complete. When the host CPU 11 starts the operating system by hot booting, the CPU 12 keeps the process for the user interface from being executed.
