Disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition comprising a combination of an Hsp90 family protein inhibitor and at least one compound. The Hsp90 family p rotein inhibitor may be a benzoyl compound represented by the formula (I) [w herein n represents an integer of 1 to 5; R1 represents a substituted or uns ubstituted lower alkyl, CONR7R8 (wherein R7 and R8 independently represent a hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted lower alkyl or the like), or the like; R2 represents a substituted or unsubstituted aryl or the like; R3 and R5 independently represent a hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstitut ed lower alkyl or the like; R4 represents a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl or a h alogen; and R6 represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen, a substituted or unsub stituted lower alkyl or the like], a prodrug thereof, or a pharmacologically acceptable salt of the benzoyl compound or the prodrug.
