LIGHT EMITTING DIODE LAMP AND LIGHT EMITTING APPARATUS

An LED lamp is provided to be applied to the thin product with simple product by installing the protruded leads of encapsulant at the side of encapsulant with bending. A first lead (31a) is extended from the top part. A second lead(31b) is distanced from the first lead. A light emitting diode is mounted on the top part. The light emitting diode is connected to the second lead through the wire. An encapsulant(38) seals the top part, the light emitting diode, a part of the second lead and the first lead hermetically. Each first lead and second lead is protruded downwardly to the encapsulant. The part of the second lead and the first lead is curved in order to be positioned at the side of encapsulant.
