A cylinder head cover for an engine is provided to decrease the number of coupling hoses and clamps because the flow path of blow-by gas is comprised inside the cover body. A cylinder head cover for an engine comprises a cover body(10) which is mounted on the cylinder head, a gas discharge unit(30) which is connected to the cover body and discharges the blow-by gas of the cover body inside to an oil separator; and a gas return unit(50) returning the blow-by gas from which the oil is removed through a gas return piping(51) to the intake air system. The gas return unit corresponds to the gas discharge unit. The gas return unit is connected to the cover body.
