A device for transmitting signals and a method for transmitting signals are provided to maintain uniform signal transmission by fitting delay values among data bus configuration signal lines. Output data are transmitted to a memory through data transmission lines. According to a delay signal, plural delay unit(130) delays test data for preset time. A transceiving control unit(110) controls the delay signal by comparing the data stored at the memory with the test data. The transceiving control unit outputs the controlled delay signal to plural delay unit.
