The present invention relates to a highly efficient method of recovering molybdenum, capable of recovering molybdenum from waste resources with higher process efficiency and a high yield rate more than 98%; and recover the molybdenum with a simple process which is optimized. According to the present invention, the method of recovering molybdenum comprises: (a) a step of acquiring a leaching object containing molybdenum; (b) a step of separating an organic layer having a first extract to be divided and extracted; (c) a step of separating a water layer having a second extract to be divided and extracted; (d) a step of concentrating the second extract; and (e) a step of recovering molybdenum oxide.
