The present invention relates to a post package repair apparatus, and more particularly to technology which enables resource information of a fuse for post package repair can be output to the outside. The post package repair apparatus according to the present invention comprises: an ARE array unit which includes a fuse array configured to store a failed address; a boot-up control unit which scans the fuse array, and outputs fuse resource information during post package repair operation; a resource detection unit which stores the fuse resource information, and outputs a resource signal indicating whether a fuse is available; and a rupture control unit which controls rupture operation of the ARE array unit in response to the resource signal from the resource detection unit. |
