ADAPTIVE SPATIAL INTERPOLATION METHOD AND RECONSTRUCTION APPARATUS OF PIXEL USING ADAPTIVE SPATIAL INTERPOLATION

An adaptive spatial interpolation method comprises the following steps of: enabling an image processing device to operate a slope degree of a target pixel in a restoration region; enabling the image processing device to compare the slope degree with a threshold value; and enabling the image processing device to perform directional interpolation with respect to the target pixel when the slope degree is higher than the threshold value and to perform neighbor interpolation with respect to the target pixel when the slope degree is lower than the threshold value. Therefore, the adaptive spatial interpolation method can restore an image with good quality.
