This invention avoids a socket for a light bulb type LED lamp from being damaged in an environment in which vibrations are applied over a long period of time. The light bulb type LED lamp comprises a neck portion having a base, and a top portion having an LED base board whereon an LED element is mounted and a heat sink is fitted onto the LED base board. The neck portion is provided with a tubular anti-vibration member covering the circumference of the base, such that, when the base is fitted into the socket, the anti-vibration member becomes sandwiched between the socket and the base. The neck portion has a coupling member connected to the base. The coupling member includes a cone portion on the base side and a cylindrical portion on the top side. The anti-vibration member is fitted in such a manner as to cover the cone portion and a portion of the base. |
