PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for efficiently processing data with different properties.SOLUTION: A periodic application data allocation part 160 inputs a registration request regarding region reservation for storing first type application data into a packet signal. The periodic application data allocation part 160 sequentially inputs data which are for storing data into a region reserved according the inputted registration request and the first type application data. A burst application data allocation part 162 inputs second type application data as well. The burst application data allocation part 162 stores the second type application data into a packet signal, if a region size, an amount of unreserved region by a registration request and an amount of region the first type application data are not stored, is equal to or more than a data size of the inputted second type application data. |
