PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer concentration prevention system capable of preventing a transfer from being concentrated by holding a transfer request according to the account name of a transfer destination even when the transfer request is from many unspecified persons.SOLUTION: A transfer concentration prevention system 1 includes: a transfer processing postponement determination means 202 for determining whether the transfer processing can be postponed based on account name information showing the account name of a transfer destination account in a transfer receiving system 20; and transfer processing request information generation means 204 for generating transfer processing request information including the account name information and postponement determination information showing a result of the determination based on the account name information in the transfer processing postponement determination means 202. An accounting system 30 receives the transfer processing request information from a transfer receiving system 20, and performs the transfer processing based on the transfer processing request information, and a monitoring system 40 causes the transfer processing request information to be stored in a transfer accumulation DB 45 which temporarily stores the transfer processing request information according to the postponement determination information included in the transfer processing request information. |
