The present invention relates to a water floating-type solar photovoltaic power generator and, more particularly, to a water floating-type solar photovoltaic power generator which is easy to be manufactured by using a plurality of annular floating bodies; is economical; and is further favorable to rotation, the plurality of annular floating bodies consisting of synthetic pipes and being arranged to form a concentric circle on the basis of a main pillar, as a floating source for supporting solar photovoltaic generation equipment on the water.
