The present invention relates to a roll forming system which processes a beam material discharged from a roll former while transferring a press in accordance with a movement speed of the beam material using a transfer-type press; thereby improving productivity. The roll forming system comprises: an uncoiler provided with a steel sheet coil to form a product in which a steel sheet coil is unwound, and discharged through rotation; a feeder installed in a rear end of the uncoiler, transferring and feeding the steel sheet coil through a transfer roller; a coiler welding machine which welds and connects the steel sheet coil supplied through the feeder to a re-fed steel sheet coil; a first pressing machine installed in the rear end of the coil welding machine, performing press forming on the steel sheet passing through the coil welding machine to form a hole, and detecting a position of the hole through a hole position detection unit; a roll former installed in the rear end of the first pressing machine, including a plurality of forming rolls to form a bent beam material by bending the steel sheet; a second pressing machine installed in the rear end of the roll former, and processing the beam material through a beam processing press transferring at the same speed as a movement speed of the beam material discharged from the roll former; and a cutting machine installed in the rear end of the second pressing machine, including a cutting machine cutting the beam material at a set length through a cutting unit transferring in accordance with the transfer speed of the rail-type beam material discharged from the second pressing machine. |
