The present invention provides a method for providing an image of an object and an ultrasonic system. The present invention provides the method for forming a mask image of a needle (in other words, medical needle) inserted into a body by using a plurality of ultrasonic images and forming a needle visualization image to visualize the needle as an image of the object based on the mask image and the ultrasonic images, and the ultrasonic system. The method according to the present invention comprises: a step of determining a plurality of scan line angles; a step of obtaining ultrasonic data of multiple sets regarding the object including the needle at the scan line angles; a step of forming ultrasonic images based on the ultrasonic data of the sets; a step of forming the mask image to show the needle based on the ultrasonic images; and a step of forming the image of the object based on the mask image and the ultrasonic images.
