Given the amount of resources that can be guaranteed given the degree of the vehicle driver's concentration on driving, a determination unit of this driving assistance device determines the driving assistance control that has a driving support resource amount enabling guaranteeing the necessary resources, i.e., those considered necessary for safe driving.
