PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a degree of freedom of zoning in a living-room area and a passage area, and meanwhile, to attain effective use of the living-room area and the passage area.SOLUTION: A building comprises, in a view of floor planning, a utility area A1, a passage area A2 provided adjacent to the utility area A1, and a living-room area A3 provided along outer walls 7A-7D in a state of facing the utility area A1 while having the passage area A2 therebetween, and also comprises a first structural part 1 formed in a rigid structure and a second structural part 2 arranged adjacent to the first structural part 1. The first structural part 1 includes the utility area A1; and the second structural part 2 includes living-room side outer walls B that come in contact with the living-room area A3 among the outer walls 7A-7D, and also includes the passage area A2 and the living-room area A3. The living-room side outer wall B is formed by arranging with intervals a plurality of outer wall structures 11 whose cross-section is flat, and further, the living-room side outer walls B and the first structural part 1 are joined through a floor structure to make the second structural part 2 be a rigid structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
