PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one shaft multi-elevator capable of efficiently guiding users waiting at an elevator hall by using a plurality of cars in the case of fire breaking.SOLUTION: A fire emergency operation control part 11 applied to a one shaft multi-elevator to guide users to a refuge floor in the case of fire breaking includes: a number-of-users estimation part 12 for estimating the number-of-users information on the basis of a video image of elevator halls 3 of each floor imaged by an image photographing part 4; a service zone determination part 14 for determining a service zone such that variation of rescue times required to move users to the refuge floor within each service zone is within a preset allowable range on the basis of the number-of-users information, and creating service zone information; and an evacuation operation control part 15 for executing an evacuation operation of each car on the basis of the service zone information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
