PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine provided with a cover locking mechanism that stably retains a side surface cover in an open position, the side surface cover covering a side surface of a machine body openably.SOLUTION: A stay 30 includes: an intermediate shaft part 31 functioning as a tension rod between a revolving frame 6 and a right rear side surface cover 12c; a rotary shaft part 32 extending downward from an end of the intermediate shaft part and supported rotatably on the revolving frame; a fitting shaft part 33 extending downward from the other end of the intermediate shaft part and sliding inside a long hole 21 of a guide plate 20 following an opening/closing operation of the right rear side surface cover; a plate 40 fixed on an undersurface of the intermediate shaft part away from the fitting shaft part, the plate sliding on a top surface of the guide plate following the opening/closing operation of the right rear side surface cover and falling off from the top surface of the guide plate when the right rear side surface cover reaches an open position; and a regulating washer 41 fixed at a prescribed height position of the fitting shaft part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
