PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health appliance that can be used without feeling pain in the calf or the thigh because a stimulus projection harder than a sponge rubber is projectingly attached to the periphery of the elastic sponge rubber, and that can be used without burdening the lower half of the body as it is used by supinely lying down.SOLUTION: In the health appliance, an elastic sponge rubber 2 is wrapped around a round bar, and a plurality of stimulus projections 3 made of wood, bamboo or hard plastics are projectingly attached to the periphery of the sponge rubber 2.
