SUBSTITUTED DIHYDROPYRAZOLONES AS INHIBITORS OF HIF-PROLYL-4-HYDROXYLASES

The present application relates to novel substituted dihydropyrazolone derivatives of the formula (see formula I) in which X represents N or CH, R1 represents hydrogen or cyano, R2 represents a saturated 4- to 7-membered heterocyclyl radical which is attached via a nitrogen atom, where the heterocyclyl radical may be substituted by a substituent, where the substituent is selected from the group consisting of hydroxyl, hydroxycarbonyl, C1-C3-alkyl, C1-C3-alkylamino and C3-C6-cycloalkyl, or where the heterocyclyl radical may be substituted by 1 to 4 fluorine substituents, or a salt, solvate or solvate of the salt. The present application also relates to methods for the preparation thereof, to the use thereof for the treatment and/or prophylaxis of diseases and to the use thereof for the production of medicines for the treatment and/or prophylaxis of diseases, in particular cardiovascular and hematological diseases, kidney diseases, and for the promotion of wound healing.
