PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a UE, an MTC-IWF, a program and an apparatus, suppressing excessive signaling and/or a shortening of UE battery life due to frequent changes from an idle mode to an active mode.SOLUTION: An MTC-IWF (Machine Type Communication Interworking Function) determines a status of a UE, to which a device triggering message is intended. When the device trigger message is low priority and the UE is in an idle state, the MTC-IWF or a mobile management entity (MME)/serving GPRS support node (SGSN)/mobile switching center (MSC) buffers the device trigger message.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
