PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance electrical connection reliability of a connection terminal and a covered electric wire.SOLUTION: A covered electric wire with a terminal includes a covered electric wire 20 constituted of a core wire 23 and an armour 21 provided on the outer periphery thereof, and having an armour strip part at the tip thereof, a first heat-shrinkable tube 25a covering the tip of the armour strip part, and having a closed tip, a second heat-shrinkable tube 25b covering the rear end of the armour strip part and the armour, and provided while spaced apart from the first heat-shrinkable tube, and a connection terminal 30 having a wire barrel 33 consisting of a pair of caulking pieces. The covered electric wire 20 and the connection terminal 30 are connected by crimping the first heat-shrinkable tube and the core wire and the second heat-shrinkable tube, by means of the wire barrel for crimping only a coating strip part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
