PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging state detection device for detecting a smooth SOC with little variation and informing even when load charges are changed.SOLUTION: A charging state detection device 10 includes: a voltage monitor unit 12, connected to a battery 20, for monitoring a voltage of the battery 20; a current monitor unit 13, connected to the battery 20, for monitoring a current of the battery 20; an SOC calculation unit 14 for calculating SOC of the battery 20 by using one of or both of the voltage value monitored by the voltage monitor unit 12 and the current value monitored by the current monitor unit 13; and an SOC conversion unit 15 for converting a variation of the SOC calculated by the SOC calculation unit 14 so as to delay in accordance with a load of the battery 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
