PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color processing apparatus and the like that can accurately predict a change in color and create a more accurate conversion relationship even when only color data of a limited part of colors in the entire color gamut of image forming means can be obtained.SOLUTION: There is provided a color processing part 100 as a color processing apparatus comprising: a color change data prediction part 103 that determines a change in specific color as a difference in chromaticity in a predetermined color space on the basis of color data acquired from an image that is output from an image forming part 10 forming an image on a sheet, and predicts a change in colors in the entire color gamut of the image forming part 10 from the direction and size of the change in color in the color space; and a conversion relationship creation part 106 that creates a four-dimensional LUT performing adjustment of colors of the image forming part 10 on the basis of the change in color.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
