PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for a terminal in a radio communication system to encode a reception confirmation information bit.SOLUTION: A method according to the present invention includes the steps of: generating a reception confirmation information bit for each of a plurality of cells formed for each of a plurality of sub-frames and a terminal, in which one reception confirmation information bit in one sub-frame is generated for each cell formed in a transmission mode (TM) to transmit one transmission block (TB), and two reception confirmation information bits in one sub-frame are generated for each cell formed in a TM to transmit two TBs; placing the reception confirmation information bits corresponding to the plurality of cells in a first code and a second code in an alternate manner if the total number of the reception confirmation information bits is larger than a prescribed value; and encoding the first code and the second code.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
