A spectrometry device according to the present invention is provided with: a spectral optical system that spectrally diffracts light emitted from a sample including a plurality of liquid components or a sample including a liquid component and a particle component when the sample is irradiated with irradiation light; and a detector that detects the light spectrally diffracted by the spectral optical system. The spectrometry device is further provided with: a sample cell that has a light incidence surface and a light emittance surface each having a property of transmitting light with a transmission wavelength or an absorption wavelength specific for the liquid components; a light irradiation means that irradiates, with the irradiation light, a sample in the sample cell through the light incidence surface; a standing wave forming means that forms a standing wave in the sample housed in the sample cell by irradiating the sample with ultrasonic waves; and a measurement optical system that is arranged between the sample cell and the spectral optical system and that converts the light emitted from the sample cell into parallel light. |
