PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: Toner cartridges 16Y, 16M, 16C and 16K are formed so as to be attachable and detachable along a horizontal direction via an opening 59 to and from a main body casing 2. Process cartridges 17Y, 17M, 17C and 17K are formed so as to be attachable and detachable along the horizontal direction via an opening 6 and an opening 58 to and from the main body casing 2. The process cartridges 17Y, 17M, 17C and 17K are positioned such that supplied toner is received by openings 70Y, 70M, 70C and 70K. In this state, the process cartridges 17Y, 17M, 17C and 17K are energized toward a first positioning part 61 and a second positioning part 62 by energizing members 120RY, 120RM, 120RC and 120RK and energizing members 120LY, 120LM, 120LC and 120LK.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
