PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical functional film that is less reflective and features transmittance having less dependence on wavelength, and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: An optical functional film is characterized in that a refractive index nof one surface A thereof for light is greater than a refractive index nof the other side surface B, and that the refractive indices for light continuously decreases from the surface A to the surface B. The optical functional film can be manufactured by producing a multi-layer coating of compositions containing two kinds of polysiloxane and solvent on a substrate, compatibilizing abutting portions of two layers, and then heating and curing the coating.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
