PURPOSE:To make a device compact by using a noncircular gear or an eccentric gear for a gear for transmitting the rotating power of an engine to a load. CONSTITUTION:A flywheel 3 is provided midway of an output shaft 2 while an elliptical gear 4 is installed on the end of the output shaft 2 of an engine 1. And, an elliptical gear 5 which is meshed with this elliptical gear 4 is installed on the end of the input shaft 6 of a load 7. Thereby, the speed variation of the output shaft 2 can be compensated enabling the transmission of an equal speed rotating power to the input shaft 6 of the load. Hence, a shaft coupling for the load is not adversely affected, enbling the flywheel to be miniaturized.
