PURPOSE:To aim at not using oil at all by making ceramic-made sliding bearings slide along a ceramic-made main guide shaft and making rollers roll on an auxiliary guide shaft. CONSTITUTION:At the time of sliding of a slider 15, a pair of sliding bearings 35 are slided along a main guide shaft 11 and as well a pair of upper and lower rollers 36, 37 are rolled on an auxiliary guide shaft 12. In this case, the friction coefficient between a pair of the sliding bearings 35 and the main guide shaft 11 which are formed with ceramic is much smaller than that of plastic or the like so that they can be made to slide very finely and smoothly. In addition, the rollers 36, 37 roll extremely smoothly by rolling friction. Accordingly, perfectly no oil is required for a pair of the sliding bearings 35 and the main guide shaft 11.
