<p>PURPOSE:To flexibly correspond to the selection by a worker by enabling the worker to select and change the sequence of a machining schedule, scheduled by a self-control device, by an instruction from a machine side control panel when the machining work instruction is given. CONSTITUTION:A self-control device 2 registers a machining schedule from a terminal unit 5 in every NC machine tool 1 to be controlled, and completing the arrangements, when the schedule is input from the terminal unit 5, a machining work instruction is displayed in a machine side control panel 3 for the machining schedule completing the arrangements. When the worker, viewing the display, presses a work confirming switch, the machining work of the display is executed. However, in case of the machining work during the display being unable to be performed and/or the some other preference, when a machining work sequence is selected by the machine side control panel 3 through a terminal unit 4, the self-control device 2 changes the machining schedule. By the control system thus obtained, the machine tool is able to flexibly correspond to the necessity for changing the machining schedule by selecting the sequence by the worker.</p> |
