<p>PURPOSE:To continuously perform operation by performing respective processes of adsorption, decompression, washing and pressure rise in four adsorption towers or more, stopping one tower when trouble is caused in the tower and changing the processes of the other towers according to the state at a time of trouble. CONSTITUTION:Four processes consisting of three steps (A1-A3) of adsorption, four steps (D1-D4) of decompression, two steps (P1, P2) of washing and three steps (R1-R3) of pressure rise are successively performed in adsorption towers X, Y, Z and U. At this time, when trouble is caused in the adsorption tower U, the towers insufficient washing and desorption are washed, and the tower unreached to adsorption pressure is raised in pressure and then the operation wherein four processes consisting of three steps (A1-A3) of adsorption, two steps (D1, D2) of decompression, one step (P) of washing and three steps (R1-R3) of pressure rise are made to one cycle is performed in three towers.</p> |
