PURPOSE:To obtain an optimal output characteristics by a method wherein the thickness of a photodetective face electrode is determined taking an output power into consideration. CONSTITUTION:Photodetective face electrode films 1 and back electrode films 3 of unit photoelectric transducers SC1-SC3 adjacent to each other are provided so as not to overlap each other at a space between the adjacent SCs, and a back electrode film 5 of the adjacent element SC is extended to be buried in the part of the electrode film 3 where a hole 6 is provided from an insulating film 4 at the rear side of a semiconductor film 2. By this setup, adjacent elements SCs are electrically connected with each other in series. The thickness of the electrode film 1 is determined taking an output power into consideration, where the output power connected can be obtained basing on an output current computed at the contact hole 6. |
