PURPOSE: To obtain a superconducting thick film as thick as 5μm or above for a circuit part by a method wherein a mixture of heavy pnictide oxides, alkaline earth oxides and copper oxides are formed on a substrate of aluminum oxide or aluminum nitride. CONSTITUTION: Composition which contains metal-ligand compound particles is obtained through a process A. The compound particles contain pnictide oxides, alkaline earth oxides and copper oxides at the same ratio that a final pnictide- mixed alkaline earth copper oxides (PAC)-containing conductive layer is required to have. A substrate 3 is coated with the compound particles together with carrier liquid in a process B, wherein the substrate 3 is formed of aluminum oxide or aluminum nitride. An obtained article 1 is composed of the substrate 3 and a layer 5 formed of PAC precursor. In processes C, D, E, and F, heating, pre-burning, burning, and after-burning are carried out for the formation of articles 7, 11, 15, and 19. A final electric conductive article 19 is formed of a crystalline electric conductive PAC layer 21 on the substrate 3 and as thick as 5μm or above to serve as a superconductive thin film used for a circuit part. |
