PURPOSE:To raise the accuracy, by suppressing each unnecessary signal from a sum signal and a difference signal of a receiving input from an array antenna, and thereafter, reading out a beam center elevation angle value and an error characteristic value, and calculating a target elevation angle value. CONSTITUTION:Moving target detecting circuits 21a, 21b devide an input signal into a same phase and an orthogonal phase, respectively, process each phase video MTI, and thereafter, a resynthesize it and output it as amplitude information and phase information. Subsequently, in a signal processing circuit 15, first of all, the polarity of an operation of phi=phiDELTA-phiSIGMA is decided by a phase subtracting circuit 22. Subsequently, an operation of ¦DELTA¦/¦SIGMA¦=DELTA1/SIGMA1 is executed, the concerned beam number in the concerned transmitting frequency is read out of a data storing circuit 24, and +DELTAphi or -DELTAphi is determined from its monopulse error characteristic grade. Also, phi=phi0+DELTAphi or phi=phi0-DELTAphi is calculated from a concerned center elevation angle phi0. A target altitude is calculted by the elevation angle value and a target distance and altitude operating circuit 20 detected by a target distance detecting circuit 19. |
