PURPOSE:To illuminate the waterside of a construction effectively by disposing an optical fiber in the water near the waterside of a water area on which the construction fronts, and controlling the emitted light by an optical control lens. CONSTITUTION:On a construction 10, a light source device 20, and an optical fiber 30 having one end connected to the light source device 20 and the other end submerged and disposed in a water area 12 are provided. A light emitting part 40 is disposed on the other end side of the optical fiber 30 and in a position of the depth H of water from the water surface of the water area 12. Hence, the waterside of a construction disposed on the water area can be safely and certainly illuminated. |
