PROTEASE-RESISTANT CELLULASE, MICROORGANISM PRODUCING THEREOF AND PRODUCTION OF SAME CELLULASE

NEW MATERIAL:Cellulase having strong resistance to protease exhibiting following physicochemical properties; action: acts to CMC and dissolves it to generate reducing sugar; substrate specificity: has a few activity to phosphoric acid- swollen cellulose and amylose, other than CMC; range of acting pH: 3-10; optimum pH: 6; pH stability: not deactivated at pH3-11 after preserved at 30 deg.C for 1hr; acting temperature: 20-85 deg.C; optimum temperature: 70 deg.C; heat stability: hardly deactivated after preserved at 60 deg.C for 10min. Has >=50% residual activity after kept at 75 deg.C for 10min; resistance to protease: has >=50% residual activity eve two weeks after kept at 40 deg.C together with 1AU/ml protease. USE:Used as a mixing component of a liquid detergent composition without damaged by a chelating agent. PREPARATION:Aspergillus niger KSM-24 (FERM P-11327) is cultured.
