NEW MATERIAL:Aspergillus niger KSM-25 (FERM P-11328). Form: KOSHI is grown in plural series on the surface of top in which top of conidiophore swells and further black spore forms long chain in globular shape from the top of KOSHI; growth state: in malt extract agar culture medium, colony has irregular form with projected center and the height is 2-4 mm and color of colony surface is black and color of the back face is white and growing rate is 0.83cm/day; growth pH: pH 4-10; growth temperature: 20-40 deg.C; growing NaCl concentration: <=3M; optimum ph: pH5-6; optimum temperature: 30 deg.C; assimilating property by nitric acid salt: positive; V-P test: negative. USE:Cellulase capable of blending into a cleaning composition together with protease and having resistance to surfactant and protease is produced. PREPARATION:The aimed microorganism is separated from a soil in the circumference of Kashima District, Ibaragi Prefecture. |
