An improved structure of a bathroom accessories holder allowing fast installation and replacement is essentially comprised of a positioning disk, a bonnet and a central lever; the disk being secured into the wall, one end of the central lever being inserted into a square guide rod on the disk through a bushing and a bonnet; and the other end being provided with a ball penetrate d by a screw with both ends of the screw respectively secured with a hook and a bulb to be connected to bathroom accessories.
