<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate model-change among finishing machines of various kinds used for a production line for mutliproduct small lot production by fixing the finishing machines required by works of various kinds over the front section of a working stand in order of processing, and thereby letting working machines not used be tied up at the rear section of the work stand. CONSTITUTION:When a work A is to be processed, an unit of finishing machines capable of processing the work A, that is, an unit of working machine M1 (A, B, C)...M3(A, B), M4 (A) where A is noted within parentheses, are lined up in the front section 1a of a work stand 1 in order of processing, and an unit of finishing machines M3 (C),... M5(B, C) which are not used for processing the work A is evacuated over to the rear section 1b of the work stand so as to be tied up. In the second place, when a work B is to be processed, only the finishing machines capable of processing the work B which are indicated by the character of B, are lined up in the front section 1a, and the rest of the unit of the finishing machines is tied up in the rear section 1b.</p> |
