This is created by the bundling of finance, design and construction together with property lease and management services. The uniqueness of this model is due to the fact that this is "turn-key"; homeowner invests little funds to receive an annual income stream of two to seven times the investment plus a capital improvement to their home equal to 80 to 100 times their initial investment.
